Indio Performing Arts Center box office is located 45-175 Fargo Street, Indio, CA 92201. Box office hours are Monday - Friday, 10:00 PM. - 4:00 P.M. For performances, the box office is open one hour before curtain through intermission.
- Emergency calls during performance events can be placed to the numbers listed above.
- Regular box office hours may vary during academic breaks.
Ticket Orders and Reservations
All phone, mail, and fax orders will be charged an additional $2 processing fee for each order.
Please note that tickets orders received by mail, phone, or fax less than three weeks prior to the event will not be mailed, but will be held at the box office. Proper I.D. is required for ticket pick up.

By Mail: Complete the attached form. Enclose a check or money order made payable to IPAC Theater or indicate credit card payment. Mail to: IPAC, 45-175 Fargo Street, Indio, CA 92201.

In Person: Stop by Indio Performing Arts Center box office located at 45-175 Fargo Street, Indio, CA 92201. The box office is open Monday - Friday, 10:00 P.M. - 5:00 P.M.. Short-term parking is available in the lot adjacent to the theater near the north side of the building.
Online: Tickets may be purchased online at Our Ticket page. Online sales are subject to an additional convenience fee. Online ticket availability may be limited. No online sales day of show. All tickets ordered online will be held at Indio Performing Arts Center box office. Proper I.D. is required for ticket pick up.

Refunds/Exchanges
- All sales are final.
- Ticket refunds are issued only in case of an event cancellation.
- Tickets cannot be exchanged.
- Processing fees are non-refundable, even in the event of an event cancellation.
House Opening/Seating and Restrictions
- The house will be open one-half hour before curtain with the approval of the performers.
- All seats are reserved for events in this brochure.
- Special seating needs will be accommodated five minutes before house opening.
- Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the management.
- Cameras, recording devices, pagers, cell phones, smoking, food and beverages are strictly prohibited in all performance areas.
Disability Services:
Wheelchair accessible: Indio Performing Arts Center is equipped with ramps and wheelchair and companion seating on the right and left sides of the house. All wheelchair spaces can be accessed from the lobby of the theater. Accessible restrooms are located in the lobby. Handicapped parking is located in the parking lot adjacent to Indio Performing Arts Center on the north side of the building. Please indicate the number of wheelchair seats needed on your ticket order form so that we may properly seat you in the facility.
